Please note: most weekends minimum 3-4 nights applies & weekdays minimum 2-3 nights depending on availability. Long weekends & Festive season minimum 4-6 nights.

Children aren’t allowed. Management advises that the property is unsuitable for children under 12yr old. Maximum occupancy per pod is two people.

The freedom of our honesty bars means that this policy is non-negotiable. (this includes newborns and infants)

Rates are per pod, per night based on two-person occupancy.

Please note -Barn Hives is unavailable for school leavers. ID 18+ is required on check in.

Pets unfortunately not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 7 days: Full refund if your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Less than 7 days up to 48 hours: Cancellations or changes to bookings made less than 7 days prior to the check in date and time will be charged for the first changed or cancelled night.

Less than 48 hours: No Refunds are available for cancellations, changes or ''no show up'' to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the check in date and time. Payment for the full amount of stay will be charged. Should you terminate your stay after arrival, then payment for the full period of your stay is requested.

Festive Season minimum 30 days’ notice: A no refund policy and full amount of stay is applicable if the booking is cancelled/ modified less than 30 days for long Weekends, Christmas & New Year Festive seazon, Easter and Public School holidays.*

*Christmas Festive season 22-28 December; New Year Festive season 28 December-10 January; Easter Festive season Thursday-Tuesday over Easter weekend.

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. Should this occur, please note that as a small establishment, it may attract extra fees.

We are a small family business and cancellations do affect us. We examine each cancellation and circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We encourage our guests to postpone, not to cancel where possible. A no show will be deemed as a cancellation and should you leave earlier than expected, no refunds will be given.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case of overbooking for any reason beyond our control.
